Gym has been renovated with all new equipment; pool, hot tubs and sauna area fabulous with bar service. Service level is outstanding. The housekeeping staff are so respectful and ready to help you with anything at all. If you want top level ski resort accommodations, this is it."

"True ski-in ski-out in Whistler Village. Literal steps away from Excalibur, Fitzsimmons, and Whistler Gondola. The included ski lockers are super convenient, too, and make it easy to get back to your room after a day on the slopes. Shopping options galore are also clustered around your hotel on all sides (and extend for blocks in all directions). Simply put, this location cannot be beaten by any other hotel in the city. Multiple Apres sites nearby that range from party atmosphere to more mellow and classy. Irish pub on-site is a serviceable restaurant with a great breakfast. It also has live music regularly. The rooms are just as good as everything else: warm, cozy, and just the right size for my family. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, TV (with a Chromecast option), and excellent room service make it feel like home. And there was a balcony in our suite that faced the mountain/plaza. Amazing hotel. You likely won't find a better option in Whistler. Loved it. "
