It was nice that they took time to take our order the day before. The turn down service was a nice touch and the room was absolutely stunning. We had a hard time getting ourselves to leave. A true gem. Much appreciation to the staff for make us feel so welcome and cared for.」

「有一個美好的旅遊住宿體驗於《波爾圖活力酒店》，地點好方便，可惜缺點就是市內聲音比較嘈雜，難以打開窗戶來通風，必須開著冷氣，但由於我的房間內冷氣長期滴水所以又變成另一個問題了。 酒店員工服務好，24小時Check-in 服務，態度友善，酒店還提供早餐服務。地點絕佳，鄰近火車站及多個著名景點，樓下就有食肆及麵包店，去那裡都非常方便！ 」

「Prior to my arrival the front desk messaged me regarding my upcoming check in; giving clear and concise directions on the process and what to expect. The same for checkout. Even upon arrival, anything I needed even if the could not provide, at the very least they attempted to find a solution for me Great location and beautiful view of the river. Near several quick and easy restaurants; close to the airport and tourist attractions but not surrounded by tourists. Extremely easy to either order...
