It's a very decent mid-size city hotel, lovely rooms and well maintained communal areas. Great location if you explore the city on foot. There were some niggles with communication that made the stay a little frustrating for me, i.e there's a dinner deal offered for guests staying at the hotel, which we pre booked via the reception, but the restaurant staff was not informed so we were charged a full price for our dinner. Also the housekeeping is optional and apparently if you opt out from the daily cleaning and put a special sign on the door, the team leaves a little treat at uour door in return (mini wine and pastries) - we were not made aware of this, so despite not having used the housekeeping throughout our stay, we missed out on the goodies.

This is a great little hotel with super location. A few minutes walk from the funicular. Outdoor space to sit and relax in after a busy day. Bar/lounge area is not very inviting but there’s plenty of bars just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Away from the very busy areas but easy to access them. Ubers cheap too

Lovely hotel, clean and helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfasts, which had wide range of pastries and bread, cold meats and cheese as well as some hot food. The rooftop pool had a nice view of the city. The WiFi worked without any issues. The hotel is environmentally friendly offering a drinks voucher in exchange for skippinf room cleaning. There is an ice cream place down the road, restaurants nearby and a short walk to attractions. If traveling with babies/toddlers, bring a carrier/stroller, Porto is extremely hilly!!
