This was a great location. Clean and had a wonderful breakfast. When booking this we may want to specify you want the room that is shown in the picture that has a view of the city otherwise you'll be in the room like I was and I felt like I was in a dungeon. A window looking through a wall that was the drainage maybe from the street? Other than that it was a great day to rest up before my Camino

This place has a great location and the elevator and ac are definitely a plus. The girl at the front is very kind and helpful. The place could be a bit cleaner and some better pillows. I also wouldn’t exactly call my room river view, I was expecting more from the photo ad of my room view and paying extra. Photo for reference

We booked the cheapest room, although we used the hotel as a base, we didn’t really want to hang out in the room. It is on a great location and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was fine, think I was expecting a little help yourself station but it’s not that. We decided not to eat there because there’s so much nearby. Our bathroom was quite mouldy on the back of the door and the shower and my towel was so thin I put my thumb through it. However, for the location, I would stay again, maybe in a bigger room.

Dusty window sills and shelves, otherwise clean. Poor pillows. Kitchen staff very helpful. Checkin was ok. Advertise that you would be met by front desk staff on arrival but definitely not true. It's a guest house so no one is in building at all times. You get what you pay for.

Our stay at Ribeiredge GuestHouse in Porto was a very pleasant experience. Everything was excellent from the very beginning. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and very well located to enjoy the city. What truly made the difference was the owner’s attention — always very attentive and willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The overall service was outstanding, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a central location with warm, personalized service. We would gladly return without hesitation. 😊

This is an 8 rooms hotel, which is 10' wide, super cute. This place is in front of a hospital and no one would even notice its there. It is also a block from the river, plazas, restaurant, and all the historical churches and places. Everything is walking distance. Luis I bridge is very close too too. Continental breakfast is available at no charge.

We had a nice room and breakfast. The breakfast staff was lovely and extremely helpful with our needs. However, there is no help getting a code for the door, the host does not answer the phone or respond to messages on Expedia. Other guests assisted us with getting into the guest house and acquiring our key card. There is no one to greet you when you arrive and guest were leaving for another hotel as we arrived. Dirty laundry bags lined the hall in entry. We decided to stay but will cancel the stay on return from the Douro River cruise.

This guesthouse is in a perfect location to explore Porto, with a side view of the river and glimpse of the bridge. The room was small but very clean and was cleaned thoroughly every day. Unfortunately there was no staff to hand except at breakfast and she was busy looking after the guest's breakfasts on her own. We needed extra pillows and a towel but had to wait 2 days for these. The shower was also very tiny. We also felt the breakfast offered was not great

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cerca del río y de diferentes sitios de interés. No es fácil aparcar cerca, nosotros hemos dejado el coche en las afueras y hemos llegado al sitio en Uber. El peor aspecto de la estancia fue el desorden en la llegada, no nos dieron instrucciones claras previamente y he tenido que hacer una llamada (internacional) al responsable para que me diera instrucciones de llegada, creo que sería bueno que esas instrucciones se dieran al menos con 24h de anticipación. El desayuno no es fantástico, pero por el precio de la habitación está más que bien. Las habitaciones no son demasiado insonorizadas y los colchones son mejorables, pero hemos descansado bien. Un hotel bueno para hacer turismo cuando estarás casi todo el día afuera. Buena relación calidad/ubicación/precio.

The room was so small and terribly laid out. Not suitable for 2 people. The location is very good. The staff at breakfast tried but it was not a good breakfast at all. The cleaning staff lady was very friendly but there were stains on the sheets. The price paid was very low, but I would not recommend staying here for more than one night.
