「We had a great stay at the Graduate. The rooms were so cute, comfortable, and clean. All of the staff from the front desk to valet were friendly and helpful. Overall, really upbeat vibes. We loved the gaming area in the lobby- it was a great way to spend time after returning to the hotel for the evening. Will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Richmond.」

「The room was ridiculously nasty. The refrigerator was unplugged and dirty inside and the bed comforter has cigarette holes in them about 50. The room was dirty. It stunk the bed was very itchy even though I didn’t see any bugs, but I would not recommend staying here no breakfast was at the hotel as they say there were and we were on the fourth floor with no elevator.」

「For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price」
