The staff was very friendly and helpful and respectful of me and was able to swiftly get me a room after I arrived five hours prior to check in time. The whole time I’ve been there the stuff has been nothing but helpful with excursions, and other amenities that I requested or needed help with. Whenever I do come back to carousel, this hotel will be the highest on my priority list."
