The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met—always welcoming and attentive. The service truly stood out, especially how they kindly handled our luggage both upon arrival and when returning to the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and presentation. "This is such a hidden gem! It is a beautiful little hotel, the rooms seem brand new, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous. It truly feels like you’re staying at a 5 star resort. " The villa does not look like the pictures at all. It feels very old and has a noticeable smell. Even the bedsheets seem worn and not well-maintained. The pool light wasn’t working, which made it unusable at night. There were also a lot of ants and flies throughout the property. The food was horrible and not up to standard. Overall, the condition, cleanliness, and services were far below expectations."
