「Good 」

「We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. 」

「The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. Nestled amongst rice fields with a view of the valley in a magnificently manicured garden and tranquil pool has left wonderful lasting memories. 」

「服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。」

「My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

「第一天晚上發現房間牆壁有一排螞蟻在爬，數量頗多，但因為環境算半戶外感所以也不會去打擾螞蟻的路徑。除此之外晚上想用shower時也發現石板地上有很大一群螞蟻…所以只好改成用浴缸那邊的蓮蓬頭，但等水熱的時候排水孔要卻爬出了一隻青蛙..」

「Hotel is good, staffs very nice. Including the breakfast is very yummy. However, i stayed there for one night, suddenly no power for five times. One time is during we sleeping, so we dont know and it made us no air con whole night. One more thing is the shower head only very little water come out. It made me cant wash my long hair. Finally i only wash my long hair in washing head there. 」
