"The hotel is located in the middle of rice fields, so it was difficult to get around on the hotel's motorbike. However, we were able to enjoy the natural surroundings of Ubud. The staff were friendly and helpful."
"Villa was nice however the room is very dark as there is only one door to let the light in. Outside bathroom is a nice touch but shower took sometimes over 5 min to heat up and sometimes never got above Luke warm.
Highly recommend hiring a scooter here as the location is out of ubud however the road down to the villa is very average.

"This is a beautiful property, the food and staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful. They keep the property up, spray twice a day to keep the mosquitoes down. They also have complementary bug spray plug-ins for the walls. I didn’t like the garden villa bathroom/shower had a small opening to the outside. The pool villa was gorgeous and completely closed off. I like that better than the other villas with vents to the outside.. the pool water is cool not heated and my pool Villa must’ve been some kind of bird or animal on the roof because it kept dropping poop right in front of my pool villa. I did not like that but they cleaned it up every time. It sits on the hill maybe 10min from the market, construction 🚧 going on in the area so the roads were rough but I loved my stay there "

We had a very late flight out and the manager was very kind to let us keep our luggage until ride to airport arrived. He also arranged for a driver when needed. "Beautiful hotel that really lets you connect to nature. I think the level of service and luxury is a bit better at the Canggu branch but loved the spacious rooms here. Breakfast everyday was a real delight and the staff were so friendly - they especially went out of their way for my sisters birthday to make it a special occasion. My only gripe is the shower amenities - it’s a horrible smelling product. Almost like a medicinal smell. This was very off putting and should be replaced. Appreciate it’s from the Spa (which was fantastic) but this isn’t a pleasant smell. "
