「Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. Secondly, the bed and amenities were of low quality. The bed used to shake a lot while sleeping, impacting...

「Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.」

「Everything is perfect with good location, free shuttle to Ubud Centre, quiet and terrific breakfast! However, the spa is the worst that I have ever tried in any resort in my life! The spa ladies are very nice but not very professional and I doubt they know the techniques or not? It is a waste of money but the rest of the hotel is no complaint!」

「Absolut fantastisk ophold. Vores vært stod altid klar til at hjælpe. Om så vi skulle på udflugt, køres ned i centrum, have vasket tøj, have mad, have massage o.l, så stod Dewa og hans familie klar. Ekstrem hyggelig stemning og helt sikkert et sted jeg vil tilbage til. Vi var i tvivl om der var toilet med bad tilknyttet begge dele af huset - og ja det er der 👍」
