「Peaceful resort and very friendly staff. 」

「Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. Secondly, the bed and amenities were of low quality. The bed used to shake a lot while sleeping, impacting...

「From the time you arrive you are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were always smiling and greeting you by name most of the time. I had the massage and it was wonderful. I highly recommend. 」

「Everything is perfect with good location, free shuttle to Ubud Centre, quiet and terrific breakfast! However, the spa is the worst that I have ever tried in any resort in my life! The spa ladies are very nice but not very professional and I doubt they know the techniques or not? It is a waste of money but the rest of the hotel is no complaint!」

「Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.」

Cozy environment where you can stay in your cabin for a whole afternoon in the lovely swimming pool with countryside view. Balinese massage is a must try that pressure can be released completely by their professional skills. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a chill...
