Excellent loc and clean pool

I really enjoyed my stay! If I visit Bali again, I will probably book there again. The staff was so helpful, kind and sweet. It was always quiet. You can walk to the beach in 15 mins.

Very good communication through WhatsApp Overall good English , decent breakfast (fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice, variety of freshly prepped eggs and pancakes) Very convenient to walk to good restaurants/spas and shopping. Easy pickup for excursions. Checkout at 11:am. We had a very late flight out and the manager was very kind to let us keep our luggage until ride to airport arrived. He also arranged for a driver when needed. We already talked about staying here again. Recommended.

This property is beautiful! Each villa is a wonderful open space that’s very comfortable. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The pool is stunning, set in a garden area over looking the jungle. Breakfast was also great! I can highly recommend Sunrise Villa if you’re looking for your own oasis in Ubud!

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The rooms were very spacious with beautiful views. Breakfast was always served on time and was good. My only issue was the fans outside didn’t work so we weren’t able to enjoy the view as much as it was very hot. The lizards were also quite loud at night which was a bit annoying (of course not the hotels fault). Otherwise it was a great stay and I’d recommend it.

The room was spacious and.came with a wonderful balcony that had a beautiful view of the valley. The pool was lovely. The location was solid; there were several convenience stores and restaurants within a five minute walk, and the center of Ubud was only 15-20 minutes on foot.

The Sunrise Villa is just what we wanted for our 10 day stay. Great location and quiet. Spacious room with a stunning outlook to the Champhuan ridge. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was a lush oasis. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Hidden Gem

This is a lovely place to stay. I had a panoramic room and the view was lovely. Large room, large balcony, lovely relaxing pool and so quiet even though it wasn't far off the main road. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Ubud

The room I got did look like the one in the pictures except it was dated, rundown, the floors were not clean when I arrived and there were ants all over the bathroom. I was given a can of insect repellent and told to spray the bathroom and close the door before I went to bed. On the flip side, the outdoor living room had some amazing sunrises. All said and done, I would not recommend staying here.

A beautiful room and pool over looking the jungle, so relaxing. Staff were wonderful, delivering a delicious breakfast to the room each morning. There was bottled water available in the room. They organised a taxi to pick me up at the airport for about $40AUD. Nice quiet area with some good restaurants, about 20 min walk into the centre of ubud.

Had to cancel our accommodation on arrival due the huge amount of steep stairs to our room. The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful and understood the medical issue (knee replacement) with the steep steps to the accommodation . Cannot fault the staff but recommend good knees and fitness to stay here.

U might need to wear mask while sleeping :)

The room is dusty and never been vacuumed, I developed annoying cough every time time I stay inside. The bedsheet, and pillows smells, we need to spray alcohol to mask it. Everyday we get bug bites as natural tattoo. Lastly, taking shower was a pain because their shower head is pointing horizontally, so I need to tie it to point diagonally downward or ask someone to bathe you LOL.. We were planning to stay another week in panoramic room, but going through this is too much to bear. But to be fair, their breakfast is good. Not so fancy but ok. The office staff is friendly and approachable.

While this property is older, it is well kept. Thoughtful touches such as the bed on the balcony were much appreciated as I spent plenty of time out there taking in the sun and jungle views throughout the day.

Beautiful balcony backing onto nature and sunrise. Very quiet. There is a bed with net out in the balcony but need bugs spray if staying outside. Very unique nature experience. Not for someone with mobility issue as steep stairs to get down to the property + climb into stone bathtub for shower that is uneven to stand on. Overall nice stay with friendly staff. A bit out of the way from central Ubud for meals but quick 1.2km grab ride. Don't attempt to walk as non existence side walk are dangerous.
