「Amazing hotel with friendly staff and local architecture. I loved it」

「I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

「Room was clean, hotel a little dated, a little dirty around the pool area and rubbish in the pool」

「The water in shower runs the wrong way & the shower is not very powerful . There is no tv. No coffee or tea supplied but you do get a kettle & tea stained cups. For what you pay you can’t really complain.」

「Hotel is located in a village in and you will see the farmer near by your room. It’s relaxing when you saw it, I would suggest for a personal trip to release pressure, you can do meditation or other 」
