「Excellent stay, would stay again A+++++」

「First day. Staff had no idea of my booking. Had to wait an hour before i can check in. Bedroom had a swarm of flying bugs everywhere in the bedroom. In addition to batches of larva all over the floor. Ants everywhere. I have photos and video. Is this a property Expedia endorses? I should at the least get a refund for half the stay. Unacceptable 」

「When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating. We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7 Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel. The bathroom had no storage...
