「First day. Staff had no idea of my booking. Had to wait an hour before i can check in. Bedroom had a swarm of flying bugs everywhere in the bedroom. In addition to batches of larva all over the floor. Ants everywhere. I have photos and video. Is this a property Expedia endorses? I should at the least get a refund for half the stay. Unacceptable 」

「Hotel is absolutely beautiful!! The location is safe!!, however kind of annoying to enter and leave from as very windy roads. Also the rooms were a hike to get to and from, but it's kind of private in a way. The rooms are super clean, towels replaced each day and room cleaned each day, and the staff were all super friendly! Limited dining options at hotel restaurant, the food wasn't the best. I was very happy with my stay!! 」

「This villa is basic and was perfect for me for my one week stay. I enjoyed privacy, the comfortable sofa on the terrace, and a hot bath in a jungle setting. Overall it was peaceful aside from some construction noise and traffic in the distance. Lots of frogs too through the night but the sounds of nature are wonderful. Biggest downside was the road to get to it which is very challenging for cars. Better if you plan to use a scooter or scooter taxi. 」
