「We stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely and perfect. This year was different. It is still nice and clean but not the same. They remodeled everything and not in a good way. It just seems like they don’t really care now. The hot tub was not working and very dirty. The staff is great but very few staff. It’s just not worth the money now.」

「There was food under the sofa bed. We had asked for a sofa bed. It was not made up. When they made it up, they didn’t bring a pillow. It was constantly having to remind them about little things. On the second day, we realized there were insects in the room. They came and “fumigated “the room which resulted in us having pesticides on our pillows and our bedsheets and our clothing which made the room smell like pesticides for the remainder of our visit. 「No problems with checking in - the guy was very nice and helpful. The hotel was only open for three months after being closed for a year and a half for remodeling. We were on the first floor (the elevator was broke, which didn't affect us) away from the lobby and had no noise issues, though we got there later and were getting up earlier.
