"Everything was not as described. There were so many people there running around outside prostituting, doing drugs And also , there was somebody there that tried to get there prostitute to go to my husband's room lol good thing i have a faithful husband."

"First, the check-in process is inadequate. Managing a physical hospitality property solely through an overseas kiosk is a major failure in service. They are taking jobs from Americans. Second, the hygiene and maintenance of the property are poor. The facility is visibly grimy and poorly maintained. An extended stay model should not imply a lower standard of cleanliness, and the current environment feels unsanitary. Finally, there is a total lack of essential amenities. Basic hygiene products, including shampoo and conditioner, are completely absent. Given the minimalist approach to your staffing, these essentials should at the very least be stocked in the rooms. As a paying guest, I expect a baseline of cleanliness and local support. I am requesting an immediate response regarding how you intend to rectify these issues or provide a partial refund for the lack of advertised services."
