「Based on the photos on-line, it's a beautiful place in the countryside. Staging is great! It is beautiful, but - in town and surrounded by apartments, a school, and other. Even though it was slightly disappointing, it was clean and reasonably priced.」

「We loved our stay in this Masseria. The staff, the room and the premises were outstanding and I must emphasize their breakfast table, which was included in my price, it was amazing and delicious, the staff went all out of their way to please us and make us feel wonderful during our stay!! Beatrice gave us great recommendations for Matera and was very attentive and eager to make us feel welcome. I would recommend this Masseria without hesitation!! Wonderful and beautiful place!!」

「冷氣壞、早餐少、衛生一般、設施太舊，但職員友善會幫助客人，舊城區算方便」

「Great location if u are w a car; staff was very attentive, room was lovely and very functional and breakfast was great w variety and fresh items. Antonella checked me in and since the gym was not open, she let me borrow 2 weights so I could work out in my room; both male bartenders in the evening (my apologies, I did not get their names) were so accommodating and Laura at breakfast on Sunday was so lovely and attentive. GREAT hotel when u visit Matera.」

「櫃台服務員態度非常好，需要熱開水，也能親切的幫忙，停車方便，一切都很完美！」

「房間乾淨 員工服務很好 最好叫車過去 走路提行李很累」

「Room bug and clean.great view.the price is including breakfast, but bad service and food. The staff lack of initiative when we check in.」

「Very pleasant experience in this hotel, the staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Strong recommend to everyone.」

「This is a basic tourist property, breakfast adequate but not outstanding, lady on reception brilliant but the men rather ordinary, location ok, rooms need a good refurbish and TV needs some English stations and smart tv access. Parking handy.」

「Very nice 」

「The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on...
