Cosimo (manager) was exceptionally friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions on where to park and even upgrading us to a beautiful suite with best and amazing view. The only drawback was the area: there was dog poop everywhere and the nearest corner was a hangout for people with nothing to do. No problem really and nothing to do with the apartment but a drawback nonetheless.」

「I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. They provided hotel standard services. They also offered breakfast with a good amount of choices. Lots of restaurants and shops around....
