「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」

「We had a great stay here and couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The room was perfect for us, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. Staff went out of their way to help us and always with a smile. The spa is beautiful but sadly we ran out of time so didn’t use it. Hopefully next time!」

「Dimos con esta opción de hospedaje en Matera por el precio, pues cerca del centro son altos. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que estaba más lejos de lo que calculamos, pero el staff fue super amable para explicarnos cómo llegar y hacernos saber las diferentes opciones. Al final elegimos movernos en bus y fue muy práctico y rápido. El hotel es bonito, limpio, moderno. La habitación es cómoda y agradable. 」

「Un séjour absolument parfait pour découvrir les Pouilles. L’accueil est chaleureux, presque comme à la maison on s’y sent rapidement comme en famille. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très copieux, avec en plus de précieux conseils pour profiter pleinement de la région. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les Pouilles, et la ville elle-même est vraiment agréable : authentique, pas trop fréquentée, avec d’excellents restaurants. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter de très beaux...
