Great location for proximity to both the old and new town. Quiet and staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a loft room, nicely laid out, but as noted the stairs require caution as they are a bit steep. The rooms are a bit dated, did not worry us, but good to know. Breakfast had something for all, nice setting. We would stay here again.

Location was great. Short walk from the train station and just in the old part of town. Good free breakfast. Clean room, little bit of an odd layout. Fridge didn’t work but we were only there one night so we didn’t worry about it. Would book again if we return to Bari

The hotel had arranged for a private car to the airport the next day. The clerk that checked us in told us it would pick us up at the door. In the afternoon, when we confirmed with the new clerk she told me that was wrong and directed us somewhere else. The pick up was actually a taxi

The staff was terrific from having a car pick us up at the airport to bringing us to the hotel. It is in the historic center and allows both easy access to the historic buildings in old town to the main street between old town and the train station which reminded us of 5th avenue in NYC with all the apparel top end stores. Can't say enough about how we enjoyed this place. Lastly, the food in the local restaurants was not only great but inexpensive.

We received a warm welcome from Christina on arrival offering to store our luggage until the room was ready. We booked one of the Maurelli Suites which was disappointing being a large room with no comfortable chairs. The bed was very hard with pillows way past their best. In summary very much style over substance and we wouldn’t class as luxurious. Breakfast was Ok as was the bistro, the latter of which I wouldn’t recommend. The service was friendly but inefficient.
