It is a budget hotel and a very old building. But at least it has an elevator! Staff is helpful and friendly. They need an air conditioner. Good location near the train station and restaurants.

This property is so so close to the Bari Centrale train station - where the train comes in from the airport, and also close to laundries to wash clothes, the main shopping and dinning diarist Murat and about 15 min walk to Bari old town and harbour- so not 4 or 5 star , but good honest accomodation. The front desk is always manned and they do daily room cleaning and making beds etc and they are all done by local Italian men and women not cheap migrant labour so well done to the owners on this point My only small issue is I don’t have full internet connection on level 2, although I can use email, and google just can’t access banks and other institutions from my bedroom, but I just need to that once or twice a day and they have a room which the internet works perfectly which was cool for my needs, I could still call my wife and kids on messenger, etc.

Its not a luxury hotel but the room was big and clean. The gentleman at the front was super friendly and nice. After reading reviews I was a little worried about the area but it was super chill. My room was next to a (i think) restaurant and they were a little noisy but other than that everything was good.

The room was dirty, the floor was disgusting and there were curly hairs all over the pillows and bedsheets, the reception guy couldn't speak English and I couldn't speak Italian so he wasn't interested in looking when I tried to explain on Google translate. Our room was virtually IN reception so heard every person come and go, doors, bells and the street seemed to be where all the motor bikes hung out with guys talking so loudly. Couldn't wait to leave to be honest. Honestly Hotels.com you need to up your game.
