This was an excellent choice. Spa was cool, breakfast great. Central location in the cave area. My only concern was I contacted them through Expedia and got no response. It says to contact about where to park. They never responded. I figured it out with Chat GTP but Hope hotels would check their Expedia in mail. I would recommend this hotel, just know communication through Expedia isn’t happening. Otherwise great, mattress and bedding could be nice for the price of the hotel.

Nuestra estancia fue sumamente placentera, el hotel está en excelentes condiciones. La cama es muy cómoda, no se escuchan ruidos, el baño es pequeño pero da su servicio. La habitación al estar dentro de una cueva le da muchísima personalidad. Excelente servicio. En conclusión quedamos muy satisfechos y contentos con el hotel y su servicio. Por lo tanto 100% recomendable este lugar. Volveremos.

The room was very spacious, however, there was a few ants. The breakfast was OK, however, the croissant could be better and it would be nice to have some warm eggs. Overall, I think that the experience of Locanda Di san martino was very enjoyable and was definitely worth it.

Bell'hotel nel centro dei sassi, vicino alla cattedrale. Ottima posizione, ogni luogo d'interesse raggiungibile in poco tempo a puedi. Personale gentilissimo sia alla reception, sia in sala per la colazione e sia il personale delle pulizie. Hotel pulito e confortevole, bella spa, ma non provata, troppo forte il richiamo nei sassi. Colazione super con molta scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, tutti freschissimi. Opzioni anche senza glutine e lattosio.

Rooms all smelled. First one that we were in was unbearable, moldy. Therme was very nice. Something was leaking in the bathroom and flooding the floor. You seemingly had control of the thermostat, but I had it set at 15c, and the room was at 21c all night, which in a room that you can’t open windows felt pretty claustrophobic. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were horrendous. Staff was nice enough. Breakfast was mediocre by Italian hotel standards.

The stay at hotel itself was very nice. The only issue is the access to the hotel. It should have been made clear in the reservation (not find print at end) that you could not access the site if you did not have a special resident permission. As a result we got a big fine which really frustrated us and made our stay unpleasant.

Todo estuvo excelente, solo falta que la gente que atiende el spa también hable inglés, tienen muy buena ubicación cerca de la plaza principal, está literal dentro del Sassi Barisiano, la atención del personal es muy buena, recomiendo ampliamente reserven con anticipación su lugar en la therma romana, cuesta $ 25 Euros la entrada, dan precio preferencial en un estacionamiento cercano (no se puede entrar con carro), donde pasan por ustedes llamando al establecimiento. Yo encontré lugar en la calle con los locales y no pagué nada, pero tuve que llevar mis cosas entre escaleras (viajen ligero), y lleven mucho tiempo y ganas de subir y bajar escaleras porque es un lugar hermoso para conocer todos sus rincones!!
