「I stay at this property when I am in Santa Monica because it’s walking distance to the restaurants and to the beach and the rooms are clean and conveniently located in the staff is pretty nice but for the amount of time I come there the staff should recognize me and maybe offer me an upgrade sometimes, but all in all the property itself is very good so thank you」

「You won’t find a better deal in Santa Monica. The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the beach and attractions, and offers free parking, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the cleaning staff occasionally entered our room while we were still inside. Although they knocked beforehand, they came in a bit too quickly, which was a bit surprising.」

「Lovely hotel next to the beach and very close to the shops and restaurants. I felt very safe here. The 1st night we were given a room at the front of the hotel, which was noisy from cars racing along the street, but after raising this with reception we were given a new room which was slightly smaller but lovely. The gym was superb. We did hire a cabana at the pool - which i wouldn't recommend. The pool staff had no idea what was included in the cabana package and we were bought over a fruit...
