"The staff are great. The rooms are spacious; housekeeping just never refills the body wash, shampoo, and especially the conditioner every time I stay there. Thats why I always buy my own stuff. Parking is quite expensive. Very expensive. Thats what always gets me. Other than that, its the oerfect location. You never get stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel."

"King bed had partial ocean view (2 windows), sitting area and patio. Very pleased with size. Lots of stores/ restaurants/ bars on site. Fireworks on Friday night were amazing!!!! "Didn’t like the additional $50/day resort fee on top of what we already paid through Hotels.com. Not sure that was even kosher. Parking is $60/day. That said, still a nice value, super location, little convenience store and great restaurant on property. Half of waikīkī and the zoo are within walking distance. "
