"This place was absolutely stunning. We had a room facing the beach and we could watch the sunset from our porch. We enjoyed the fireplace and ordered room service. The food was very good and we enjoyed our time here. "

"Rooms were just ok. No closet. Small rooms a bathroom was not very clean. Property ran out of body wash and shampoo. Game room area was not well kept. $15 for a tiny tiny tiny s’mores box. Service at cow tipper was rude and unfriendly. Just an ok experience. "

"This is a great place to stay if you are traveling to the Cambria area. Check in was easy, the room was clean and very nice an th best part is that the Inn is right accross the street from the beach. We took a nice walk down the beach trail and then sat outside and watched the sunset. We will be back to this charming place "

"Very. Thin. Walls. Looks are a bit deceptive with this hotel. Electric fireplace clicked for hours after being turned off. Guest’s dog down the hall barked incessantly. Would’ve asked to switch rooms but staff leaves building at 9pm. Nice faux balcony that appears to be private but random hikers walk by and look in the room. "

"The property called to see when we would check in. When we informed them that we would be an hour later than check in ends, the wonderful staff member stayed until we got there. The only odd thing about this property was the windows were open and made it a bit cold in the room. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and it's close to Hearst Castle !"

"We have stayed at this hotel before, and will continue to use it as our hotel base when we return to the area. The facility is nice, the staff is excellent and helpful, the rooms clean, there is plenty of parking, hot cookies in the afternoon, and an OUTSTANDING breakfast buffet."
