「Wonderful overnight stay: clean, great location, easy parking, a quick walk to the town/Main Street, breakfast included, great value for price! José the gardener made our visit by letting us know about the different plants and flowers that they planted/maintain at the Squibb House. He was so friendly and personal-really made our visit such a treat! We will definitely come back when visiting Hearst Castle and the elephant seal rookery!」

「This place was charming and comfortable. Lots of extra touches, like a cold carafe of water in the fridge, plenty of coffee and creamer in the room, an option to have a small breakfast delivered to your room, all things that made my solo stay even more enjoyable. Loved the fireplace in the room!」

「Lovely stay! The front desk staff were really nice and sweet. The bed and pillows were soft which I like. There's lots of parking and easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The walls are a bit thin though so you can hear your neighbors, but I had no issues during sleeping hours. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would recommend!」

「Our room was very warm( an issue with the heating element). We were moved and upgraded just 2 doors down. The rooms are large, comfortable beds, the windows open to keep it cool at night, large ceiling fan, and coffee in the room. Walkable to the local main st shopping, dining area. 」

「Beautiful large room with nice bathroom! Nice hot tub with very steamy steam room is a welcome free touch to help relax! Beds and pillows were firm but not uncomfortably hard or flat (which seems to be the standard for the West Coast!). Room was fairly quiet, and food in town was only a short drive. Very convenient for a morning tour at Hearst Castle!」

「This was the second time I've stayed here and I love Cambria and its setting even more. The beach and board walks are delightful - we saw lots of redwing blackbirds and snowy egrets where the nearby creek meets the ocean. As for the hotel, the rooms are clean and furnished with quality linens and towels. The fireplaces are a real draw. The pool was being worked on, but it was too cold to swim anyhow, so we used the hot tub one night. The firepits were appealing, though the front one needs...
