"The room was clean, but very sparse and not a comfortable place to relax. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. There were only two dining chairs to sit in, no comfortable reading chair or sofa. The hard surface floor added to the cold, emptiness. Be warned that military jets fly by all during the day, but did stop over night. The HVAC unit is also very loud when it comes on. All-in-all, it is not bad for the price, but it is not a relaxing stay."

"The staff at the lobby were extremely kind, helpful and provided tips on how to navigate the trail at the Lime Kilne state park. The rooms are super clean and fresh. I will come back to the same place again. The countless coffee choices and food choices at their cafe. I will be back here again."

"Average for the price. It was a bit rundown but not bad. I noticed more noise from neighbors than normal. I also thought the small metal tray attached to the wall was not a good replacement for a night stand. Overall it was clean and comfortable but don’t know if I will book at the same place next time. "The contactless arrival was easy. Parking was limited. The property was quiet and super convenient for walking to the ferry and town. Water pressure was good and bed was comfy. Upon check out, staff were friendly. I’d stay here again!"

"Yes the property welcomed our 18 lb. Havanese. However the Shaw Suite where we stayed was very disappointing. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. Although the Inn is pet friendly…the pet friendly room we stayed in was not human friendly at all! Our to go breakfast however was very special…wonderful yogurt, granola and delicious muffin! We were grateful for that. The exterior of the Inn is charming…however the interior in general,is very tired and definitely in need of a major upgrade. "
