"This was a very nice property. Great location in the heart of Old San Juan. Check in was easy. Since we arrived early, we checked our bags with the front desk and explored Old San Juan. Our room was clean and comfortable. A nespresso coffee machine was available for in-room coffee at no charge. Everything else came with a charge. My only complaint about the room was the lack of decent window lighting. There were two or three "portal" sized windows up along the ceiling. They were up so high that we couldn't see out them and provided little to no outside light. We checked out the rooftop bar area, and it was fantastic. The city views were amazing. Service at tha Alma was good and very friendly. We would stay there again and would recommend it. Just be aware of the "window situation" that I described above when you make your reservation."

"Everything was great! Some staff members around the hotel pestered me because i was streaming but most of the people were amazing, hooked me up, and made sure i was good!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We came off a cruse and arrived at the hotel at 10:00. We were expecting to to leave our bags at the front desk and come back at the regular check in time. The agent said that we could use the pool facilities and that they would expedite a room request. We had a great wait by the pool and they had a room for us by noon. Thank you to the staff for accommodating us so quickly. The only negative comment I had was the shuttle bus to the Old Town didn't show up at its scheduled time. We were 10 minutes early and waited for 45 extra minutes but never saw a shuttle bus. We ended taking an Uber."

All entrances with gate security codes, common area to work and leave suitcase before and after check in/out Very close to port and old San Juan. Isla verde and condado 10 minute drive ( if that far) We had an amazing time. We travel with family "
