「En primera medida la habitación doble superior no tiene ni Kitchenette, ni Refrigerador/freezer tamaño grande ni Microondas ni Utensilios de cocina como la promocionan, solo un pequeño refrigerador. No tiene closet ni placar, solo cama, 2 mesas de luz, y silla y nada más. La cortina de enrrollar tenía rota su tira. La ducha se rompió al primer uso. Reclamamos la reparación y se olvidaron. 「Beautiful location and amazing hospitality! We stayed here for two nights and didn’t leave the property. We enjoyed hikes up to the lookout spot and down to the river. The area is very peaceful, and the people are so warm and friendly. 」

I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.」

「The breakfast included a bowl of cut fruit. Cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple or kiwi. Freshly made scrambled eggs with bread and marmalade. The service was wonderful. Instant coffee in dining area all day. Brewed coffe in the morning. Help yourself to pear or apples in the bowl in common area. Juan the hotel receptionist is kind, helpful and speaks fluent English. Good value for the money. 」

「This hotel is very close from the Metro, and its nearby Shopping Costanera Center. The hotel itself is kinda old, but inside is very clean, since its old, the elevator is very small and have to wait longer time, but beside that the room is very good and clean. The one I didn't like was the breakfast, the egg was cold, the table was a mess, no one was there to help me clean the table.」
