Friendly staff, but hotel needs remodeling

It was inexpensive and it did not matter much since we just had to spend the night before our flight, and it being close to the central station, made it easier to go to. I should also mention the positive that staff allowed us to move to a room, bigger and with a window, from our original booking. But itself, the hotel needs some remodeling, the carpets should be changed since they are beyond any more cleaning. Bathroom can be remodeled too. It is on a big street, so easily accessible by metro and buses but this is not the most happening part of the city if you are interested in that.

REAL BAD AREA

THIS IS A HOTEL WITH A GREAT STAFF. THAT DIDNT MAKE UP FOR THE DEPLORABLE CONDITION OF THE FACILITY. I AM NOT REALLY THAT PICKIE AND USUALLY LOOK FOR A DISCOUNT. THIS TIME I TURNED DOWN THE FIRST THREE ROOMS THEY SHOWD ME. ALL SMELLED OF MOLD. I TOOK THE FOURTH OUT OF DESPERATION AND IT WAS THE ONLY ROOM SHOWN WITH NOW CARPET. PROBLEM WAS IT WAS NEAR THE FRONT DESK AND EVERY TIME THEIR PHONE RANG MY SLEEP WAS BROUGHT TO A HALT. ALTHOUGH, I BOOKED MY ROOM FOR SIX NIGHTS I ONLY STAYED ONE.......

O quarto não possui ventilação natural, a janela fica localizada na porta de entrada...o banheiro de tem acessibilidade pois possui degrau para entrar no banheiro e para entrar na chuveiro.

Bom, no geral

A viagem foi em família, o hotel é bem antigo, com acomodações bem basicas, chuveiro gostoso. Cafe da manhã legal, a localização é excelente, bem no centro de Santiago, proximo ao metro, onibus para o aeroporto a poucos quarteirões, shopping também não muito distante. Disseram que o local onde fica o hotel a noite era perigoso, mas não vi risco nenhum. No geral, nota 7.

ALTAMENTE DECEPCIONANTE- NÃO RECOMENDO

Hotel de localização ruim, difícil de avistar o pequeno letreiro, principalmente à noite, entrada por uma escada estreita ao lado de um mercadinho oriental. Taxistas alertam sobre risco de assalto a partir das 21 h naquela avenida Av Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins; não recomendam andar à pé. Conduta comercial do hotel bastante questionável, gerência/direção intransigente. Edificação antiga com predominância de madeira. Perguntando nos arredores, ninguém conhece; inclusive no templo da Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus no lado oposto da rua..Aliás, o nome do hotel não é Si, mas Sahara Inn.

Check in leeeento. Atención mala, sentimos que éramos un problema. La habitación era acorde el precio, pero la alfombra era vieja, estaba SuCia y con cosas pegadas. El baño largaba un olor a cloaca asqueroso. Tuvimos que poner el ventilador y abrir la puerta, pero el olor no se fue. Al otro día nos levantamos con dolor de cabeza por el olor asique nos levantamos y nos fuimos a primera hora sin desayunar

便利なロケーションのホテル

冷蔵庫付きをリクエストしたが、普通に用意してくれてはいなかった。でも、受付で冷蔵庫に入れてくれたので、問題無かった。地下鉄も、バスターミナルも近く、大通り沿いにも関わらず静かだった。建物は古いけど趣きのある装飾だった。

Excelente localização, os funcionários fazem o básico nada de mais ou menos, passei uma dificuldade na chegada devido não conseguir utilizar o cartão pré pago, tive que pagar com cartão de crédito. Limpeza pk, todos os dias trocavam as toalhas e arrumavam o quarto. Café é servido na mesa, um pão, suco, café ou chocolate e bolacha. Na minha opinião ótimo custo-benefício

シャワーのお湯が出るのに時間が掛かる。お湯が途中で全然出なくなったときが一度あった。シャワーにホースが付いていないので不便である。石鹸のみでシャンプーが用意されていない。部屋のベッドメーキングと掃除、タオルの交換が土曜日以外毎日されていたのは非常に良かった。
