「I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. The vaporetto station is close by, which is very convenient for getting around Venice and visiting other areas. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby so it was easy to find somewhere to enjoy a meal. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the facilities, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The...
