"Excellent buffet breakfast with wide ranging choice including kids buffet. Staff lovely and friendly and good choice of amenities including table tennis tables, pools, fitness classes. Gym superb overlooking the ocean! "

"Despite some of the negative reviews, it was a great stay. Staff were great, attentive and helpful. Food was fantastic as well as the evening entertainment. The only downside for me was all of the young people in groups at the beginning of my stay, doing balloons and made the hotel smell very green which I found very inappropriate as there were families there with young children so harder policing around that would’ve been better. "

"Lovely adults only area. Main pools were good but needed to be cleaned more - lots of cups left overnight (I know people should clean up after themselves but they dont so more staff cleaning the pool area and pool would be good) Cups at the bar should be reusable plastic too. So much waste. Food was as you would expect. We managed to find something we liked each day. It’s good that you can swap between dinner and lunch if you want to go out in the evenings. Rooms are clean and quite well maintained. So are public areas and toilets. "

"The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the shower's water pressure, which was very low, producing only a dribble. I hope the property can address this, as it is quite frustrating to have such low water flow in the shower."

"Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel "

"Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day."

"Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available absolutely discracfull would not recommend "
