「We had a garden room which was very spacious, indoors and out, with a huge, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are immaculate, and there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pools, whatever the time of day. 」

「Hotel was beautiful throughout. The rooms are well appointed, and the standard of cleanliness impeccable. Breakfast was a bit busy, but staff are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable their job inside out. Rooftop bar was great, with a quiet, relaxed vibe. All pool areas clean, well thought out and beautifully maintained.」

「Best hostel ever. Made a million friends, the private room was cheap and had a breezy gorgeous balcony with a view. Has a pool, group activities, great location to walk to the sea. Highly recommend. 」

「This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. 」

「Köket var mycket välutrustat. Bra AC i alla våra rum. En av två pooler var uppvärmd och mycket bra temperatur. Trevliga låga hotellbyggnader som gjorde att hotellet kändes litet och mysigt. Enda minuset var att rummet var lyhört.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Room was very beautiful, modern and comfortable. View to ocean and La Gomera was stunning. Surrounding area also beautiful. Spa was nice but complicated to book and pool area top. Fitness room too small and breakfast definitely not 5 stars. Selection was small.」
