"The washroom had dried urine on the toilet seat and floor. There was a clump of hair under one of the top pillows of the bed. The fridge did not work. Otherwise, great stay. Staff were fantastic. Location was great!"

"Everything was great! Cleanness, staff, amenities. However, the refrigerator un ny room (505) was very noisy and it woke me up at night. Also, the room’s floor was very cold and I forgot my slippers. I wish you could offer or even sale some discardable slippers. "

"Stayed for 4 nights and have no major complaints. The hotel was very busy due to hosting conventions, but the staff were still very responsive and available. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly and on time. The pool was great and the kids used it every day. We paid extra for the breakfast and while it wasn’t mind blowing it was quite good and convenient, and worth the cost. The weekday breakfast worker, Guy, was such a friendly and memorable character, and was full of helpful advice for newcomers to the city. The hotel itself was conveniently located and we made a lot of use of the connected Bonaventure subway station. Overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely go back. And if I had to make any suggestion at all, it felt like there needed to be more hooks to hang jackets or clothing, especially in the bathroom. It’s a minor issue but I just figured I’d mention it somewhere."

"The staff for this property have a very lovely accommodation in a very nice part of Montreal. I had everything that I required for my stay and it was very comfortable! Lots of access to highly recommended restaurants and good location for either transit or walking to city centre. Very great value for the price of this accommodation! "
