「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「Stayed here for one night however this hotel will now become our main stay anytime we travel to Montreal. Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help. Room is clean and spacious, and the terrace is an excellent bonus. The tub and shower were amazing. Bed at first is stiff, however it does get better as your body gets used to it.
