「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「有超棒的公共空間，房間裡的廚具設備非常完善，浴室和床櫃空間都很棒，還附有洗衣機烘衣機，一次洗烘只要五歐，櫃檯還會給兩顆洗衣球，超棒。離車站走路6分鐘而已，路上還有 dm ，非常適合多住幾天。」

「櫃台接待親切，房間寬敞，免費飲料非常棒。缺點是Wi-Fi 不穩定，會斷網。而且最後一天早上8:50,就有房務來敲門問幾點退房，感覺被打擾了。」

「The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app.」

「Super Lage, sehr sauber und modern! :) Küche im Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und co. Check in war nach Anfrage schon um 13:15 möglich und beim Auschecken standen Schließfächer für das Gepäck zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!」

「We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient.」
