「The pool room with an actual Hot Tub is the highlight. We paid for a “ suite “ which was hysterically not that. Our room was an awkwardly oversized ALL OPEN RECTANGLE. Beds on one end small t.v. on the other end with dance floor space in between and small old couch against outside wall. The whole room was vinyl flooring. Making it feel more awkward and bare. The bathroom went almost the full length of room so very very long with tub shower on end of room and as typical didn’t drain properly. Had...

「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」

「No fridge, horrible wifi and to top it all off BED BUGS in both rooms. I stayed in the first one for 1 night and saw them in the morning and asked for another room.」

「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」
