「The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! 」

「Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.」

「The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were great and breakfast was very good.」

「My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little.」

「The stay here was decent the staff was friendly but there we things that were lacking. Room cleaning was very poor. I had to call so many times and yet I'm my 5 day stay only 1 day was cleaned fully. I had to put our trash outside in the hallway just for it to be done. Noticed some of our items went missing as well which was very odd. Other than that everything was decent a 5/10 could have been better but not the worse.」

「For how nice everything else is at this hotel. The breakfast was the worst one I’ve ever had. There was never enough food and they prepared everything in such small sizes. However it was pleasant and everything was clean and the staff were phenomenal.」

「The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The in-room, hot tub was surprisingly great and worth the extra cost. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Location was very convenient and parking was very easy.」

「Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26.」
