「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. 「Check in was quick and easy. The entrance is very secure but doesn't look like a main entrance, which was initially a little confusing. Our room is huge with a full section sized couch. 「這裡的住宿環境相當不錯，因為我選擇的是邊間套房所以呢他有兩面很大片的落地窗，他的整體的風景相當不錯，很適合一個人可以來輕鬆放鬆的地方，在飲食的部分，他的早餐是單點的，他並沒有buffet式的早餐，所以我都在外面吃早餐並沒有在飯店吃，房間裡面會提供兩瓶免費的礦泉水，提供的是免費的膠囊咖啡機，有六顆膠囊咖啡是免費的，只可惜的是他沒有盥洗用品就是牙刷牙膏等等這些，所以你必須自己自備牙刷牙膏還有室內拖鞋。他的盥洗備品相當的高級跟舒服，是bliss！整體來說他的是相當舒服的，如果說你不想走路，飯店會有提供兩英里的接送，你只要給司機小費就可以並不用另外付錢，我在付錢之前都會先看Uber收多少錢，再按照實際情況給小費！櫃檯人員的服務算是OK了，有熱心的也有比較冷淡的服務人員，那就看你的運氣囉。」
