"This property was one of the best properties I’ve ever been to. The location was perfect. Excellent staff, service, and eating experience. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend."

"There should be and needs to be going forward, a better answer for parking as opposed to a $55 per night charge for the valet service! This place is well run, very clean, the staff is helpful and efficient and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you, but that's valley service and that charge is absolutely unimaginable and downright doggish in terms of deterring people's reasonable expectation of a good stay starting off well at this facility. I realized from talking to the valet men, that my car was being parked three blocks away from the hotel which is absolutely intolerable! A horse race can be won or lost by a "nose". After obviously putting thought and effort and finance into achieving everything else in this facility as pretty close to excellent, they lose the race of favorability by nose, because of this valet service fiasco!"

"Property was more than expected! Room was clean and available on time. Everyone from valet, front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping were extremely attentive and professional. Only negatives I have would be how small the bathroom was and how small the “full length” mirror is in Parkview Suite King room (located behind the open room door). Aside from that, I will be booking again in the near future."

"This was a three night stay and twice the toilet got stopped up. The shower would made loud noise. The hotel has some bad plumbing issues. Walls are very thin. The elevator refused to let us out once and tried to close on me once. Location was good for walking to attractions and restaurants. Staff was somewhat helpful. I would not stay here again."

"The room was noisy, you cannot shut off the A/C and the wall was next to a building that kept their air systems on all night and created a loud and ongoing humming sound. The TV did not work. The location is good if you need to be downtown in ATL. Not a lot a good restaurants around and the one at the hotel is not cheap. The gym is basic but gets the job done."
