We had an amazing stay at the Sugar Magnolia B&B!! Kathryn was so responsive and accommodating leading up to our stay, and was an absolute angel during our stay. She made us a special breakfast each morning and was attentive to dietary restrictions for my husband as well as preparing an age appropriate meal for our toddler. The inn was so charming and had all the comforts and modern touches needed while still maintaining the historic beauty. Everything from our room to the common areas was just perfect. We will definitely be returning here for another stay in the future!

What a lovely B&B! Our room was so comfortable and cool, and the house is so charming. Great location, walkable to restaurants and close to the Jimmy Carter Presidential Center. The breakfast was delicious and our host was so accommodating with dietary restrictions, including gluten and dairy, we couldn’t have been happier! Would love to stay again when we’re in Atlanta!

This is a bed and breakfast style house not a hotel. The house is beautiful! The staff and owners are very kind and helpful. I had the room with the in-room bathroom and it was spacious. Absolutely no complaints. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Atlanta.

I spent three wonderful nights at Sugar Magnolia, and I'll be sure to stay again the next time I'm in Atlanta. A beautiful and spacious home with genuine character, and the proprietor and owners are all extremely welcoming. I stayed in the Garden Room, which I loved, and all three breakfasts--different each morning--were delicious. Also, the location is terrific, especially if you'd like to stay away from downtown. Just two blocks from Krog Market and the Beltline, which is marvelous for a long walk or run. Really, you can't go wrong staying here.

What a great place to stay when in ATL. It's in Inman Park area, beautiful neighborhood, lots of parkland as well as restaurants and shopping. The property itself is in excellent condition (considering it's over 150 years old). Get the Royal Suite if you can.

Sugar Magnolia is beautiful, immaculate, stylishly decorated with antiques and run with their guests comfort in mind. It's a special environment designed to make you feel welcome and cared for. It's close to downtown venues and the Beltway, and within walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend a stay there.

The cottage suite worked well for us. A few steps from the main inn in which we had breakfast and also enjoyed sitting and reading. The location was close to a lot of attractions by car. The innkeeper, Kathryn, was very pleasant and helpful during our 5 days there. I highly recommend this B & B
