「Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening.
It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good.
Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful.
Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. 」

「The room was extremely old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly and it got clogged and the janitor was unable to unclog it. We had to change rooms and the hotel staffs were unhelpful, they told us to use another room down the hall as they had no other solutions for us. We asked for the manager but he didn’t give us a follow up report. It was extremely dirty and it was very isolated from everywhere」
