「The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was out of order (and small), so my kids were bummed out. Breakfast was provided, not necessarily good, but was available in a pinch. Unless there was a town further south, this place is in the middle of nowhere, so don’t expect to be able to get a quick bite to eat or a drink. 「Hotel sits up on a hill in a quiet area, but has food and shopping near by. Great stay for one night while travelling.」

「If you love Christmas, you'll love this lodge! It really puts you in the holiday spirit. My grandson especially loved the fishing pond, and we all had a great time in the arcade. The lodge is a bit dated, and the beds weren't very comfortable, but the friendly staff and the great breakfast helped make up for it. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially if you're looking for a festive atmosphere.」

「Clean and bright hotel in the commercial area which makes eating very easy,we stayed with our 4yr old boy,we could even drove 3mins to once upon a child to buy him toys after dinner time!definitely recommend!」

「The elevator (1 of2) was not working, the ice machine on my floor was out of order. Not at all what I expected from Hampton Inn.」

「Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc. The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible.」

「This hotel was less than a year old, but pretty dirty. We had a room and the sofa bed was covered in food and hair- and the mattresses had no mattress pads. They did switch us rooms and it was slightly better. The bed linens were extremely wrinkled and filled with hair. It also looked dirty in the common areas for being so new. They seemed extremely understaffed. I would not stay here again.」

「When we got there we thought the elevator was going to break on the way to the 3rd floor. The room was semi clean and had a stench to it. The pool was absolutely disgusting it had a film all around the top glad we didn’t plan to get it. The breakfast service was horrible there was nothing left when I got down at 8. Had to go to the front desk to tell someone it needs to be serviced. There aren’t many choices around holiday world to stay but I definitely would not recommend this hotel.」
