「We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. 」

「Clean and bright hotel in the commercial area which makes eating very easy,we stayed with our 4yr old boy,we could even drove 3mins to once upon a child to buy him toys after dinner time!definitely recommend!」

「When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. 」

「The property itself as a whole was just ok but one of the staff members was really rude & dismissive for no reason. My room was on the Legends side that was supposed to be updated but it needed more. The refrigerator was located in the bathroom & I've NEVER seen that before. The casino games were the best part even though I didn't win. Also I understand that this property once had a buffet so why get rid of it? Buffet's are part of the reason I go to casinos. BRING IT BACK!」

「It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. 」
