「There are no staff anywhere - and finding our room was nearly impossible. We had to call the help desk to find it - there are no signs or directions ... the address that is given is the main office which is closed all the time. No instructions sent by email either. The building itself is ok - the room was clean and the fixtures new but not a very comfortable room - the TV wires were hanging off the wall and you could not see the TV from bed. 「We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
