「wonderful experience」

「Don’t eat at the restaurant, everything else was great but the staff was rude because the soup was cold as bc I dared mention it. 」

「There was an odd smell in the main lobby, and on the first night it smelt like someone was smoking weed. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. We did see what seemed like a couple homeless people coming in and out of the hotel during breakfast. Not sure what that was about. 」

「It’s really bad experience! The elevator was failed and I need take a large and heavy bag going down to 1st floor,I never want have this hotel again .」

「The stay was fine, beds were comfortable. The room had a weird smell to it. Possibly coming from the ac. Other than that, everything was perfect 」

「The outside needs cleaning and update. The inside of the rooms were not bad. Comfortable , yet it was 3 days until we had any kind of towel service or cleaning and they need to expand their breakfast not much of a selection.」

「Chris at he front desk welcomed me when I arrived. I was disappointed to find out when I was checking in that the property had already charge my credit card without my knowledge. I called to confirm my reservation and I was not told that my credit card was going to be charged. I booked through Expedia and chose Hotel Collect my reservation was not pre paid. Front desk agent upon arrival didn't know why my credit card was charged not even authorized and the guy upon c/out told me that I prepaid...
