"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."

"The people working at the hotel were polite. The rooms were smallish and a bit musty. The hotel was under renovation, and the pool was closed. Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff says I must speak to their Manager, but that # goes to a generic voicemail. I have left a couple of messages with no response yet. I sent an email, as instructed, to get credit for the parking, but I haven't received a reply. There seems to be a disconnect between Expedia and Marriott, and another disconnect between Marriott staff and the District or General Manager."

"STAY AWAY! The Common Areas in the buildings are Filthy! This Hotel struck me as more of a Section 8 Low Income Housing Project or Halfway House. They must have a Contract with the County. But they should not lease these rooms to the Unsuspecting General Public as a Hotel! But here is The Most Disgusting part of my stay! I was in town due to a death in my family. I came to help clear out the Apartment of my deceased family member, and we were working against a very tight time-line. As such, for the first days of my stay, I had made a pallet with some Extra Sheets, and slept on the Couch, due to my being physically exhausted each evening when I got back to the room. On my last night, knowing that I had a long drive back to my home State, I showered and put on my pajamas, pulled the covers from the bed, and sat down on it and began to set the Alarm on my phone. While doing this, I felt something damp where I was seated. I immediately stood up, pulled back the bottom sheet, and although there was some type of thin mattress covering on the bed, I could see what looked like stains, and I was hit with the God Awful stench of Urine! This was Utterly Disgusting! I washed up, changed my clothes, and slept on the Couch once again. That morning, I asked to speak with the Manager. The young lady at the Front Desk advised me that the Manager was Milton, but that he was not in. I explained what happened, and asked her to have him call me! IT HAS BEEN A WEEK, AND HE HAS NOT CALLED!"

"First they lied about the deposit it was supposed to be a $40 deposit they took $50 from my card when I confronted them they lied and said part of that money was for parking that’s a lie because I paid $24 separate for parking and I have both recipiets. They said it would be a 3-5 day wait on me getting my deposit back that was a lie. They told me I would receive my full deposit now they are saying I would only receive $25 of that. The amenities sucked the pool was nasty the breakfast was never refilled even if you were there on time. Staff was rude just not a good experience. And the hotel stinks I paid almost $300 for this hotel and they’re talking about I can’t get a refund . I DO NOT RECCOMEND ."
