Loved the layout of the room. Breakfast a winner, with fresh coffee every morning. Staff was very helpful, and courteous. Great wifi, and was able to park near the room.

For the price it’s hard to complain. There’s a nice little pool, the staff are friendly enough, and the property isn’t too shabby. There were cigarette burns on the blanket, the breakfast was bananas, frozen waffles, and terrible coffee, but again, it’s a great price.

Stayed two nights in early December, 2025. Keeping in mind the low price I would give the Guest Inn an excellent rating. Check in was fast and easy, I found the room to be quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the shower, and clean and comfortable towels. I found the room to be dated, but obviously decently maintained. The property appears to be clean and well groomed, and while I obviously didn’t use the pool, it appeared clean and well taken care of. I’d like to give a special shout-out to housekeeping, they did a wonderful job of making my bed and replacing used towels while I was out during the day. I didn’t try the included breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Only one minor complaint, no hangers in the closet. Again, considering the low price, I would say an excellent place to stay.

Shelter for TOUGH TIMES.

It was relatively clean. It is in great need of structural repair everywhere in the room and bathroom which mkes one uncomfortable and Leary! For the price it was a place with a roof, shower and bed for when you are stranded.

Top notch service!No lip,no bs.Very helpful.

I was allowed early check in with no hassle.Extended the room with cash next day,no hassle.I wish all of the properties on here were even remotely as easy to work with.Spacious rooms.Pretty quiet.Nice pool.Helpful staff.Good internet.Not the Ritz Carlton,but helpful good service goes a lot further in my book.This will be one of my regular stays moving forward.

Once nice hotel getting long in the tooth

Room was clean enough. Bed as reasonably comfortable. The room was on the large side but lit by only two 60w table lamps. The tub/shower was overdue for a rebuild. No hair dryer. Easy to see why it is the cheapest in the area. About what i expected for the money.
