「United Airlines cancelled our flight back to the US without notice so we had to stay at the Hotel Verde. We found the hotel to be very good and all staff extremely helpful so I would recommend this hotel if you are flying from Cape Town airport. I would not recommend United Airlines which was uncommunicative and had very unhelpful staff.」

「Das war der perfekte Abschluss unserer Reise, ein bisschen Luxus zum Abschluss war unser Ziel und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das ganze Anwesen war wunderschön, jede einzelne Person unfassbar hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. An Freundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. 「Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful. The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too. Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again.」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」
