「I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. 」

「I liked the convenience of parking in proximity to the rooms. Also, the pool area was really nice. I did not like that they put an almost $500 hold on my credit card without prior knowledge. They hold $150 per/night this is excessive. The hotel is not that nice to warrant a hold of this amount 」
