"Terrible all around. Will not be staying here again."

"I got to the hotel at 2PM and was one of four cars in the parking lot. I tried to check in and without even looking at the computer the woman at the front desk told me there were no rooms available for early check in. She wouldn’t even look to see if any were cleaned already. She told me to come back after 3. So I lugged all my luggage back to the car. Bad customer service. Then for two days our liquid soap was not refilled. It was empty when we arrived. We went out to the store and bought bar soap. The property was nice enough, but lack attention to detail and customer service. "

"One of the nights we stayed in two different rooms and the floor was sticky from a soda spill or something liquid sticky try to get the housekeeper’s help, but they did not understand. English went to the office. The gentleman at the front desk grabbed a mop and mop the floor for us still ended up finding several sticky spots, but the fact that he jumped right in I really appreciated it."

"2 issues but only 1 impacted our stay. Bathtub had flaking/chipping around the drain. Only stayed 1 night so we didn't use the tub. Maybe a mildew ? smell prevalent. I liked that we could open the window which helped alittle. But pretty strong. Both issues were pointed out to staff"

"Everything was perfect. Really good hotel. The only thing maybe was the person taking the orders in the Starbuck. When ordering more than one drink felt her vibe kinda off Maybe cause it’s only her working the coffee bar.. but other than that good hotel she friendly staff "
