"Great location in downtown Asheville, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The conversion of a former department store into a hotel provided an interesting throwback atmosphere. Staff was very helpful restaurant recommendations and directions. Valet parking was super convenient, typically only waiting a couple of minutes to get our car. "
