「Everything was wonderful from the time we pulled up to the valet station through the entirety of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We even asked to stay for an extra night that they were happy to accommodate at the front desk and even gave us the discounted third party rate. There are so many little perks that make this a special experience: happy hour in the darling library lobby, sunset views from the rooftop bar/restaurant, a darling breakfast...

「This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition」

「It's new, clean, it's convinient, the service is nice and good, I love my room on 12th floor can see the montain view and sunset!」

「We rented four rooms for a family event. Upon arrival one our party was charged an extra amount as they said that’s what they do with Expedia rentals. Expedia said it’s not true. But e en worse, we told them we needed their continental breakfast at 8:00AM. She said she would come at 7:30AM to prepare it. At 8:03AM we called the emergency number to say NO ONE was at the property. At 8:09AM we were told by the “owner” that the person had called earlier to tell us she’d been held up. Problem was,...

「Great location and our host, Sarah, was extremely sweet and accommodating. We stayed in a cottage room, which was nice, however would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and a few more toiletries like lotion and body wash. The grounds were in need of some weeding and tlc.」

「This is a great location if you’re catching a show at The Grey Eagle or looking to explore RAD. The room was big, clean, and full of fun touches. Staff was kind.」

「At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the...

「Hotel was very cute and clean. Location is amazing, easily walkable to so many restaurants and bars.」

「Mold in shower, no soap in dispensers. Disgusting.」

「Great breakfast included in the room price, and the studio that we stayed in had a great little kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There was also convenient on-site parking, and the location was extremely convenient to everything. There was even a Whole Foods across the street to buy prepared foods.」

「In room AC unit was very loud. We werfe given a room by the elevator and I asked the person helping us to our room if we could be moved to another room and he assured us that we could not hear the elevator. This was in no way accurate. Snack bas was stupidly expensive. Location is great. Bed is comfortable. Bartender was friendly.」

「Clean, affordable lodging with convenient check in! Loved our stay. Only complaint would be no elevator. Hopefully that’s something coming down the line! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in Asheville again soon.」
